Marvellous and absolutely perfect location of the hotel, walk from a train station. Walking distance to a supermarket and gift stores across the street.

The room was neat and well-maintained, we would like to go back there again. It was an excellant place for our really nice stay. Its location near the main train station was excellent and incredible;)))

The hotel is set in a magnificent and incredible location very close to Termini Railway station and all buses and metro. Esquilino district is worth looking into.

Have stayed here many times and would still consider staying here again. Both rooms we booked were cheap and quiet with very good internet connection, a double bed, private bath in the apartment, no complaints whatsoever. It exceeded high expectations.

Interesting building and rooms with a double and single bed. Lots of facilities such as: complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. Great and unbeatable location to get to popular Rome attractions thanks to a train station walk from the hotel.

the hotel was situated in the very central location in the closest cafe. besides, we were close to the rest of rome, commercial stores, cafes and the train station roma termini.

We had a very comfortable stay at B&B Sergio House. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a great air conditioning system to beat the heat. The location was perfect, close to Termini station and within walking distance of attractions like the Colessum. The host, Sergio, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Rome.

Good location, just opposite the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was always clean and the cleaning service was provided every morning. The staff was trustworthy and very helpful, giving us all the information we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to store our leftovers in the fridge and use all the necessary utensils. The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. The ceiling fan in the room kept us cool even during the hottest days.

The bed was uncomfortable, making noises and with poking springs. The bedding was questionable, as it was part of the curtains.
